MSW is a South African firm co-founded by a dynamic team of black professionals. We set ourselves apart by our dedicated focus on our clients’ programme, project and contract management, infrastructure development and institutional capacity building needs in the built environment.

We are committed to dynamic transformation in the engineering and project management sectors. As such, we are building and training our team to achieve superior skills and knowledge in the industry. As a black majority-owned consulting firm, we aim to make an active difference in South Africa's infrastructure, so that every South African will benefit.
Our HQ is based at MidRand in the Gauteng province. We have additional offices in Polokwane in the Limpopo province.
Our key consulting civil engineering services include highways and roads engineering, stormwater master-planning and design, structural engineering, water sanitation and waste water design, infrastructure, and project management. These divisions are supported by departments of geo-technical and topographic survey, quantity surveying, GIS and spatial data analysis, and ICT (incl Quality Management).
A joint venture partnership with Scott Wilson, a UK based international consultancy, was established specifically to provide access to specialised transportation consulting engineering in ports, rail, and airports.
